Match Report 4th December 2019
LM1 vs South Leic III (H)
Back to the regular squad tonight. We were going in already 3-0 up as the opporsition couldn't field a pair due to a lot of injury. We were their first match of the season as well so we wernt sure who they're put out🤞
1st pair were a good showing with Chris and Phil taking them in 2 to 18+19. Ian and Mart were getting their monies worth going to 3 but both felt it should have been in 2. Neil and Azmath had an interesting battle⚔, losing the 1st game to 15, then coming back with true grit 🤠🤠winning the 2nd game to 7! Then the wheels came off losing the 3rd to 7🤦♂🤦♂! The 2nd pair were drafted in to bolster the opposition's hopes however lost all 3 rubbers to us low teens and sub 10's💪💪💪
Thats all teams played once now for us, if any of the other teams can upset the students! We're still in with a shot at promotion, but I'm always glass half full kinda guy⚖. Well played lads, nicely done🍻🤝.
