1st pair Alex & Ruth, 2nd pair Darren & Tracey. This was a really hard fought draw!
A/R were getting their money’s worth by taking both pairs to 3 games, losing against the 1st pair (24-26, 22-20,14-21) & beating the seconds in a nail biting 26 -24 win.
T/D took a less stressful route, beating the 2nd pair in 2 and getting spanked by the 1st pair in 2. 2 all at the split!!
Alex got a 5 min break then back on with Tracey to take their split in 2. Darren & Ruth had a really good game taking theirs to 3, but couldn’t get the win. Amazing performances, Ruth had all 3 games go to 3 and we thought we’d need the defibrillator on Alex, but all was well 😂😅
